Block Ordering

The following information is a guide for you to use to help Fraco better fill your order and your project needs. If you are unsure about any of these items, please let us explain the product's details to you when placing an order.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
NAME-Person or Company placing orders and responsibility for payment
LOCATION-Address or specific location for which the block is going to be placed at
LOCATION CONDITION-Condition of ground at job site examples: mud, steep grade, soft or hard sand.
PHONE NUMBER-Cell phone number, business phone number, or home number of the person at the site of delivery or who should be contacted in case problems arise.
BLOCK INFORMATION
APPLICATION-What type of job are you doing with the block? For example: regular wall, retaining wall, chimney, garage, paving block, or others.
DATE WANTED- Date of delivery requested
TIME WANTED-What time do you want the block delivered?
TYPE OF BLOCK-What style of block is desired depending on application? Include: color, type of face ( ex: smooth or rough texture), size= 2"x8"x16" through 14"x8"x16" (standard size is 8"x8"x16").
NUMBER OF BLOCK-Amount of block needed for project all sizes and shapes
MORTAR-If bagged mortar is required, then include the number of bags and type (regular or pre-mixed)
SAND-Used for fill or mixing mortar? Include the number of cubic yards needed
EXTRA’S-Any special products needed, like adhesive for pavers or block, clips for retaining wall, steel accessories, chimney accessories, or others.
LOCATION OF DELIVERY- Any special instructions along with specific address. Example: next to garage, in front of house. This also depends on the truck's ability to reach the area safely.
All orders must be accepted by the block truck dispatcher before an order can be scheduled for delivery. Orders cannot be made by e-mail, fax, or voice message.
